ABOUT THE POSITION

We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team and take ownership of three core areas: supplier relationships, inventory planning and forecasting, and 3PL management. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that sits at the center of our day-to-day operations — the decisions you make directly affect whether products are in stock, whether orders ship on time, and how efficiently our capital is used across the business.

You'll manage the relationships that keep our supply chain running, build and maintain forecasts that balance availability against overstocking, and act as the main point of contact for our 3PL partners to keep fulfillment running smoothly. Beyond these core areas, you'll also support new supplier search and product sourcing as needed. This role is a great fit for someone who's organized, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes with minimal oversight.
 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own and manage relationships with existing suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and lead times
• Monitor supplier performance, timelines, and capacity
• Maintain supplier documentation and compliance materials (e.g. COAs, SDSs)
• Forecast inventory needs across all warehouses based on sales velocity, campaign calendar, and lead times
• Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability without overstocking
• Prepare and place reorder recommendations and purchase orders
• Track inbound POs against demand and adjust plans as needed
• Manage day-to-day relationships with 3PL partners
• Ensure proper receiving, labeling, and fulfillment readiness
• Monitor and coordinate inventory for Amazon FBA, ensuring availability and compliance
• Troubleshoot fulfillment issues and drive process improvements with 3PL partners
• Support the search and evaluation of new suppliers as needed
• Assist with product sourcing for new launches or reorders

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or operations
• Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiations
• Experience working with 3PL partners and fulfillment operations
• Strong forecasting and demand-planning skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and inventory planning tools
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities with minimal oversight
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in e-commerce or supplements (bonus)
• Familiarity with contract manufacturing (bonus)
• Experience with Amazon FBA (bonus)

SALARY & SWEETENERS

Salary: 3,000 – 4,000 EUR/Month gross (Open to discussion based on your skills and competencies).
